A: Our full package includes six main stages: feasibility study and technical survey, design (estimation and coordination), energy efficiency solutions (calculations and certification), project management, construction organization, as well as construction supervision. If necessary, we also involve engineering network and road designers.
Q: Is it possible to choose only one specific service?
A: Yes, clients have the opportunity to choose both a full cycle of services ("from idea to turnkey") and individual services, such as only design, energy audit or construction supervision, adapting to the stage and needs of a specific project.
Q: At what stage of the project is it best to start cooperation?
A: It is most effective to involve Grand Eko at the very beginning - at the idea or feasibility study stage. This allows us to identify risks early and develop technically sound solutions, but we can also join in at later stages, for example, when the construction project is already ready and construction or supervision is required.
Q: What specialists make up the Grand Eko team?
A: Our team consists of experts from various fields to provide a full range of services in one place: architects, engineers, energy auditors, construction supervisors, estimators and lawyers. This ensures not only technical execution, but also legally correct project progress.
Q: How much experience does the company have in the construction industry?
A: Grand Eko has more than 15 years of experience in providing comprehensive engineering solutions, project management and supervision for facilities of various scales.
Q: What does the concept of "Single Responsibility" mean?
A: This means that one partner and one team are responsible for the entire project. The client enters into one contract, and we take responsibility for all stages, preventing situations where responsibility "disappears" between different subcontractors or suppliers.
Q: Do you offer energy efficiency services?
A: Yes, we perform the full spectrum of energy efficiency: energy audits, necessary calculations, energy certification of buildings, and also prepare BREEAM documentation for sustainable projects.
Q: How is communication organized during cooperation?
A: Communication is transparent and structured — the client is assigned a single contact person who coordinates all processes and provides regular reports. Communication takes place in a manner convenient for the client (in person, by phone or electronically) to promptly resolve all issues.
Q: What happens after completing the application form?
A: After you have described your idea in the application form, we assess the situation and contact you to recommend the optimal package of services and agree on the next steps (for example, conducting a feasibility study or necessary documentation).
