What exactly is included in your service package?
We combine feasibility studies and technical surveys, design, energy efficiency calculations and certification, project management, construction organization and professional construction supervision. If necessary, we also attract specific engineering network and road designers.
Is it possible to choose one service instead of the entire package?
Yes, clients have the option to choose either a full service package or individual services based on their project needs. We flexibly adapt to the scope and stage of each project, providing exactly the support that is needed at that particular moment.
How is communication organized during the project?
Communication during the project is regular, structured and transparent. The client is assigned a contact person who coordinates all processes, provides reports on the progress of the project and promptly resolves issues. Communication takes place in a way convenient for the client - in person, by phone or electronically.
At what stage of the project is it best to involve Grand Eko?
It is most effective to involve Grand Eko at an early stage of the project – at the idea or feasibility study stage. This allows us to identify risks early, optimize costs and provide technically sound solutions. However, we can also join in later stages, for example, during design or construction.
